When activating certain features, customer support may ask you to download a new terminal configuration. This process needs to be completed manually following the steps below.
Steps
In the Switchio Pay app, go to Settings → Server Parameters.
In Server Parameters, click Download Configuration.
The configuration will be downloaded automatically.
Close and reopen the Switchio Pay app.
The new feature will be then activated on the terminal.
If the terminal is set to print receipts, a confirmation of the update will be printed as well.
